Sanchez Auto Service

I highly recommend Sanchez Auto Repair! They replaced the alternator on my 2007 Lincoln Town Car, and the service was excellent from start to finish. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. During the repair, they discovered that my battery had tested bad. Instead of trying to sell me a new battery from their shop, they noticed it had been purchased at Walmart and was still under warranty. They advised me to take it back to Walmart, where I was able to exchange it for a new battery at no cost. That kind of honesty and concern for a customer’s best interests is hard to find. They were fair and reasonable with the cost of the alternator and the repair, and everyone I dealt with was kind, professional, and courteous. It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust. I would not hesitate to return to Sanchez Auto Repair for future service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, dependable mechanics.

Sanchez is very reasonable. He is knowledgeable and experienced and he will make sure your vehicle leaves his shop in good shape. If something goes wrong with one of his repairs, he will make it right. Sometimes it might take a long for the repair, but that's just because he's in such high demand. I highly recommend this shop.

I have taken every vehicle that I have had here for service when needed. As a woman you often are scared to get taken advantage of but this shop from the owner to the receptionist to the the mechanics do a wonderful job. Ive never had an issue and I appreciate that!

Used several times but had a motor replaced that cost around 8k and a little over a year later started motor and smelt real strong gas smell. Looked under Jeep and seen gas pouring out the bottom running down the motor. Had it towed to another shop that was closer by that I use and when I was showing the mechanic the leak we found that the fuel line was zip tied to the fuel rail because the clip was broken. No one else has worked on this vehicle since the motor was replaced. After spending around 8k they could have at least fixed it right and added the cost to the bill, but they didn’t even tell me anything about it. This could have been catastrophic and caught fire had it been running longer and the motor been hot. Luckily it had been sitting over night and I shut it off within a minute of starting. Until this I would recommend this shop but now I wouldn’t trust them to even put air in my tire.
